Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order through Elinernotes, you agree to the following terms. These policies are crafted to ensure clarity and make it easy for you to navigate our return and refund process. Please note that these terms apply to customers within the United States.

A. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date your package is delivered to begin a return. To qualify, the item must be in original condition—unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and packaged in its original box or bag. A valid proof of purchase or receipt is also required for processing.

B. MISSING YOUR RETURN LABEL?
No problem. Our packages do not include a return label. If you need assistance with a return or exchange, please reach out to us at elinernotes.com, and our team will guide you through the process.

C. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, contact us at elinernotes.com and provide the following:
Your full name and order number
A valid receipt or proof of purchase
The reason for the return

If the return involves a defective or damaged item, please include a photo or video for verification. This helps us process your refund or exchange faster.

Once your returned item has been received and reviewed (usually within 24 hours of arrival), you’ll receive a confirmation email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued within 14 business days. Please allow an extra 3–5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

D. WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We provide free replacements for items that are defective, damaged, or sent in the wrong size due to our error. To request a replacement, contact us at elinernotes.com.

E. PRODUCT EXCHANGES
If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly fulfilled, or doesn’t match the size ordered, we’ll gladly exchange it. To initiate an exchange, email us at elinernotes.com.com.
There will be no return shipping fees for defective or incorrect items.

F. REFUND TIMELINE
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

Please note, it may take a few more days for your bank or card provider to reflect the refunded amount in your account.

G. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of purchase to receive a full refund. After that window, cancellation may not be guaranteed, depending on the progress of production or fulfillment.

Please double-check your delivery information—especially your house number and street name—before placing the order. Any delivery failure caused by incorrect address details will be the buyer’s responsibility.
